Moonrise Bagels

I was lucky to be part of the great team put together to create the Flagship Moonrise Bagels. This beautiful new space is now open in Poughkeepsie across from Marist College. Please visit to eat, not just stare! They make incredible stuffed bagels.

It was quite a challenge to build all this woodwork in 5 weeks, but my experience paid off. All of it done by hand without computer aid!
